InvoiceDownloader

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By using InvoiceDownloader (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. The Service

InvoiceDownloader lets you connect a read-only API key from a supported payment provider (Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Mollie, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, Square) and export your invoices as a ZIP of PDFs and/or a CSV. The available providers and features may change over time.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Accuracy and availability are not guaranteed

The Service depends on third-party provider APIs. We do not guarantee that exports are complete, accurate, or available for every provider — for example, some providers do not expose PDF invoices through their API, so for those you receive a CSV plus hosted receipt links instead of PDFs. You are solely responsible for checking your exported data. The Service does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

5. Not affiliated with the payment providers

InvoiceDownloader is an independent tool. Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Mollie, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, and Square are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

6. Payments and refunds

The first 10 invoices per export are free. A one-time full export and an unlimited monthly subscription (including monthly auto-export) are available at the prices shown at checkout. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. For refund requests, contact us.

7. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your data and invoices. We keep all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and content. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property beyond using the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You can stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
